Phoenix ONE Data Center

When i/o Data Centers saw the opportunity to renovate the unoccupied 538,000 sq. ft. LeNature’s Beverages building, it signed a 20-year lease with landlord CBRE Investors, and will use the site as both a data center and its corporate headquarters. Always a proponent of raised flooring, i/o Data Centers looked to Tate Access Floors to tackle a project of this size.
