Airflow Access Floor Panels

Tate's perforated access floor panels and grates provide superior cooling for managing heat loads in mission critical facilities. Perforated steel panels and GrateAire® aluminum panels are compatible with ConCore® and All Steel panels in bolted stringer systems.

Perforated Access Floor Panel

Characteristics

  • Steel perforated panels are available with High Pressure Laminate. (Contact Inside Sales for more information.)
  • Perforated panels have 25% open area.
  • Available with top surface adjustable dampers.
 

Aluminum GrateAire® for Steel Systems

Characteristics

  • GrateAire® die-cast aluminum panels have 56% unobstructed open area.
  • Rolling load capacity equal to that of ConCore® 1250 panels (1000 lbs for 10 pass & 800 lbs for 10,000 pass).
  • Available with top surface adjustable dampers.
  • GrateAire® aluminum panels are available with an unpainted textured surface or epoxy powder coatings.
  • Available in textured, white, and sandstone finish
